✨ The flat is spacious, bright, and has a lovely balcony. It also comes with a small garage and a parking space.

📅 The room is available from October, although the move-in date is flexible.

💷 Rent is £770 per month(exc bills) Bills (Wi-Fi, council tax, gas, and electricity) bring the total to around £1,000 per month, but will be paid separately and depends on usage.
