Two double rooms in sunny east oxford ☀️

Hello!

We are looking for two new housemates for our four bed house in East Oxford. Our house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a large back garden - perfect for young professionals looking to settle in this part of the city ☺️

We are just off of Iffley Road and five minutes from Cowley Road, close to loads of shops, restaurants, activities (and buses!). We are very lucky to have everything so close but have the luxury of living on a quiet residential street.

Both rooms are the same layout, one upstairs and one downstairs, and both are available from September 1st for £600 a month plus bills (typically £120-150 a month).

We are a very friendly house, but enjoy our independence too, we like to meet in the kitchen in the evening or have group dinners, pub trips or game nights. The occasional craft night too!

We aim to have viewings Wednesday 29th-Friday 31st July after 6pm so let us know if you can do one of those evenings for a 20 minute viewing and chat with current housemates 💞
