Double Room Near Cowley Road, Oxford

We’re professionals aged 37–43 looking for a housemate to join our friendly, easy-going home. The house is on a quiet road just off Cowley Road, close to shops and with great transport links, including to London and nearby airports. We are well-situated for those working either in the city centre or in Headington.

The available room is a furnished double in a well kept, comfortable house with a shared living room, garden and fully equipped kitchen. This has been our home for a long time - our longest-standing tenant first moved here 12 years ago! We keep things calm and respectful, and enjoy the occasional social evening together. Our house is affectionately known as the Lindy Lounge, as two of us are keen lindy hop dancers in our spare time.

We are advertising two rooms at the moment, so if the other room isn’t taken at the time of your visit, you are welcome to view it also. The house is 4 bedrooms with single occupancy each.

We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate and sociable, who’s happy in a mature household and plans on a long-term tenancy. Advertised rent includes all bills and council tax (band D).
