Friendly houseshare close to City Centre!

Wonderful houseshare in Oxford, a 15-minute walk from the city centre, or 5-minute cycle! You will be living with 6 other friendly housemates, aged between 23 and 32, a mix of professionals and postgraduate students. It is a lovely, kind group of people who enjoy a nice chat and sometimes having evenings in together, but who also respect each other's space and need for privacy.

Double room available on 1st October - I can be somewhat flexible with dates.
Bills are included.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, shelves, and drawers.
There are two kitchens in the house. You would be sharing a kitchen with 2 others. We also have a shared living room which we all can use. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.

It is important that the new housemate is very clean and prioritises keeping shared spaces very clean and tidy!

Close to Hinksey Lake and Christ Church meadows. A Londis is 1-minute away, and a Tesco Express is an 8-minute walk away.
