A comfortable room is available for single occupancy in a well-maintained 8-person HMO on St Mary’s Road, East Oxford (OX4 1PY).

The room faces the garden. The house benefits from a lovely outdoor space and secure, lockable bike storage.

The recently renovated kitchen is shared with only 3 other housemates, while the bathrooms are conveniently located on the same floor (first floor) and are shared with 5 others.

Weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate individual who will fit well into the existing household. Academics/researchers are particularly welcome.
