The rent is £600 p. c. m. inclusive of bills. (Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Internet & TV Licence). A deposit of one month's rent is required.

We are 3 professional females looking for a fourth to join us. We don't allow smoking in the house but we have a nice courtyard garden where we do.

The room is only suitable for one, not a couple, this is due to the HMO licence, so is not negotiable.

This is our home, and we are looking for someone who is planning to make it theirs too.

It's a quiet and chilled house, and would suit a professional with a normal daytime lifestyle, no night owls or WFM .. sorry.
