Bronze Studios are currently shown as sold out for 2026/27 on the iQ website. The currently available Silver Studio is advertised from £394 per week.

This is not a private sublet. I am the current tenant looking for a replacement, and the takeover would be carried out officially through iQ Student Accommodation. The replacement tenant would complete the booking process, accept the tenancy agreement and make the required payments directly through iQ.
