Single Room in Oxford Available

Hello!
We have a single room available to rent in a four-person house just off Abingdon road (near the Hinksey swimming pool!). The room is fairly small with a single bed, but very sweet with a view of the garden, and there is plenty of storage both in the room and in shared areas of the house. There is also a small desk and chair. Rent is £590, and bills will be between £100-140 a month depending on whether you're a student or a professional. The house has a lovely garden, a separate kitchen, and a beautiful shared sitting room. There is only one toilet, but it's separate from the bath/shower room and we haven't had any struggles so far! We have a washing machine but no dryer (alas).
Current housemates: three women, (all she/her), youngest 24, oldest 29. We're already a mixed household of PhD students and one professional, so happy to hear either from students or professionals looking for a friendly place to live! We like to hang out in our shared living room for film nights, crafting and general silliness, and we take pretty seriously the responsibility of creating a pleasant shared home. We share cleaning/tidying/gardening chores, and also respect each other's need for space or a day of over-peopled reset (but tea or a listening ear, if available, will be offered).
Some interests: reading (so much reading), embroidery (some with more skill than others), crochet, music (not to brag but we DO have a mostly working vinyl player and a truly diverse range of records), and games (most often with shiny tiles, but also occasionally of the RPG or video variety). We also happily combine the sciences and the humanities in this home.

The move-in date is very soon (30th September) simply because our previous housemate had an unexpected change in circumstances and had to drop out last minute. The referencing process etc would be carried out fairly promptly by the agency (College and County) so those things would need to be in order and ready to go, if we seem like a good fit!
