En-suite double room available in friendly house

I'm moving out of my lovely room and looking for a young professional woman to take over my tenancy from 1 November 2026 in a friendly house share with four other young professional women.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, big wardrobe and desk.

You will be sharing the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a very cozy living room conservatory and a garden - perfect for those summer BBQs. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor and bathroom on the top floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the kitchen.

The house is conveniently located just off Cowley Road, within walking distance to many shops and has access to major bus routes. The city centre is a 15 minute bike ride, 35 minute walk or 20 minute bus. We are also very close to green spaces like Cowley Marsh and Florence Park.

About us:
We are four female professionals who's interests include; cooking, baking, sports and outdoor activities, music and theater. We are looking for a tidy and respectful housemate, who enjoys time alone but would also like to take part in the occasional social activity (such as the occasional games night) and hang out in our shared spaces!

Bills:

All bills are included excluding council tax (approximately £55 pppm) and TV licence.
