We have no agency fees or signing fees as it's my husband and I who manage the properties, we live in town and are both professionals ourselves.

The house itself was originally two houses which were put together into one more than 60 years ago. It has a very large kitchen/dining area connected to a well-furnished common living room. There are three toilets, one with a tub, 2 with a shower. The kitchen features two ovens, an Aga stove, a dishwasher, and ample fridge space. The house has a washer and dryer.

This house has 6 current tenants, all in their 20s/early 30s, all keeping professional hours and taking good care of the home. You will meet the housemates (a super friendly bunch) at the viewing.
