Double room available in a three bed modern town house located only 10 mins drive from the City Centre of Oxford. The house would be shared with the owner and you would have use of all facilities; Kitchen / dinner / lounge, garden, tv, free wifi, dishwasher, digital TV socket, etc.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. All bills except telephone are included, however bed linen and towels are not provided. I also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
The house is located in the village of Wootton, which has various facilities, including a co-op, post office, local shops, doctor, dentist, church, pub and community centre. There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away and the No 4 bus takes you to the centre of Oxford every half hour approximately.
I am a friendly, and clean professional looking to rent a spare room to another professional during the week.
