Room to let in friendly South Oxford house

We are three PhD students living in a comfortable shared house off of Abingdon Road. The house is well furnished and clean, and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed environment, with shared groceries, bills, and cooking---we take turns cooking, and usually eat together several times a week.

The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious communal area with a kitchen, large dining room table, and living area. As well, there is a fenced back garden with a patio. We have high hopes for our pear tree following last year's bountiful harvest.

Rent is £360 a month for the single room.(We'll also have a double room available from November.) Bills are not included. 10 minute cycle to the city centre, as well as frequent bus service.
