Unfurnished double room with plenty of storage space (wardrobes and cupboards). Tho only furniture you'll need is bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom gets the sun in the afternoon. Rent is cheap for the area. Expenses approximate. Wifi and ethernet broadband internet access. Good landlords (who live overseas).

5~6min walk to Tesco Metro and Sainsbury's. 10~12min walk to St Clement's coach to stop (to London and airports). 25~30min walk to city centre. Bus stops close by with route to Oxford train stn via city centre. On street parking with resident permits.

Clean and tidy professionals only please. References required. Female preferred but not essential. Strictly no smoking. A preference for rock music is desirable; I refuse to listen to Radio 1 or it's ilk!
Other than that, you'll be sharing the house with an easy going professional guy.
