Medium Double Room

This room is a medium double room with a double bed, large desk, shelf and wardrobe.
We have shared bathroom, garden and parking is available on the road in front of the house.

The Rent is including bills. (there still might be little something to add to bills in winter, depends of usage).

We are looking for a male preferable.

We like the house clean and follow small rules to keep it tidy and everybody happy.
We have a dog living with us occasionally so you should be an animal lover a bit.

Time to time we dine together or share some hobbies as gym, run, pets, shopping, coffees ...

The shopping center is just behind the corner and so there is the gym, bus stops, Florence park ...
