Furnished with a comfortable single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair and small wardrobe. Extra storage available if needed. Off road parking if required.

Shared use of modern well-equipped kitchen/diner and living room with open fire for those cold winter nights. Separate laundry room. Lovely garden and outdoor seating under grape vines.

Dog lovers only please - we have a very sweet spaniel who loves people and will want your attention :-)

Would prefer a quiet, female - perfect for visiting academics.

We are close to Hinksey Park with its heated outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Lovely countryside and riverside walks close by. It’s a short walk or bike ride into the centre of Oxford and there are regular buses from the end of the road.

The room is available from 9 October until 19 December. We don’t rent the room over the Christmas holidays as we use it for visiting family members. However, we can agree a longer let if the lodger is planning to be away over Christmas holidays (and we can provide storage for belongings).
