Great House in Oxford City Centre

Hi house hunters! This fantastic house is located right in the middle of the city centre on a quiet, peaceful road off from the main streets. It's a nice neighbourhood and very conveniently placed, just down from Queens Street and a minute's walk from the Westgate Centre.

The house is a comfortable, modern building with an open plan kitchen and lounge area, a separate dining room, and a cloakroom area, and storage in the hallway. There's a downstairs WC and another in the shower room upstairs. There's also bicycle storage.

There is a single room available from July 2015. It's a convenient ground floor room and comes completely furnished with a desk, wardrobe and set of drawers. Bills aren't included, but incl. council tax it works out at around £80.

We're hoping to find a housemate who's friendly, tidy, laid back and conscientious. Students and professionals are both welcome but both would need to contribute to council tax. It'd be great to have someone who likes socialising together rather than just living together. We are currently 2 girls and 1 guy, so it'd be great to have another chap for an even split!

As for us, my name's Mary, I'm 26 and I'm a cheerful, friendly sort of girl. I work as a science writer and I'm in to writing, socialising, and travelling. There's also Alan and Clare, both are friendly, warm, and fun. We're all professionals working in and around Oxford.
