Having really enjoyed living in this beautiful house in Jericho I am sadly moving on from Oxford and am looking for someone to take my room. The house would be shared with 3 others, 2 boys and 1 girl, all working professionals. The current housemates are very sociable, clean and tidy people. The house was fully refurbished in October 2013 and has 3 floors (ground, first and second floor). The room we are renting is in the attic, completely independant from the rest of the house. It is a very confortable double bedroom completely furnished with fully fitted wardrobes, a big table, bed, etc. Regarding the rest of the house, ground floor comprises of one bedroom at the front, bathroom, kitchen and living area at the rear with two sets of French doors opening out onto a paved area and a big private garden beyond. The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/grill, cooker…First floor contains bathroom, separate WC and two bedrooms. The house is very modern on the inside and has got double glazing, central heating,….It is possible to park in the road with our parking permits. The location is really convenient, just 15 minutes walking to the city centre and with really nice shops, restaurants, pubs…just a few minutes away. The bedroom would suit a non smoking professional and would be available from 19 May. Female only. Single occupancy only. The price is £575 pcm. This price excludes all utility bills which are payable on top of rent at the rate of around £100 pcm (includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, wireless broadband and tv licence). 12 months contract required. Deposit £787. 5 (corresponds to 1. 5 months of the rental price divided equally among all the tenants). Charge of £50 to the agency for the change in the names of the tenants.
