The house comprises 5 bedrooms, bathroom, cloakroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory. There is a washing machine and tumble drier.
There is a Tesco Local across the road. Nearby bus stops offer easy access to the city centre and to Abingdon, Didcot, Milton Park and Harwell.
The rent includes Council Tax but no other bills.
Short term lets will be considered but the rents will be slightly higher. We can discuss how much higher once I know how long you want to rent for.
There is a husky living in the house. The dog has lived with me in my home and is very well behaved and quiet.
There is on-street parking and a place to lock up bikes.
The tenants have told me that the bills over this winter have been about £50/person/month.
The room is currently full of flat pack furniture from the tenant moving out so I am unable to take a picture.
