Large double room, Friendly House, Kennington

This is a spacious double in a large house. We are a friendly house and there is shared use of the well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, dining and sitting room, utility with washing machine and dryer. We have a lovely large garden for you to relax in. We have chickens, so there are always plenty of fresh eggs for breakfast!

The double room is very comfortable with two big windows, a large desk and chair for home working, a chair for relaxing, dressing table and wardrobe.

Bills are inclusive and there is fast fibre broadband. We have cleaners every two weeks.

There is parking on the drive and bicycle storage in the locked Bicycle shed.
We are within 2 mins of bus stops with City Bus 35 and frequent services to Oxford (15 mins) and Abingdon (20 mins).
There are lovely walks in Bagley Wood and by the river Thames, with a cycle path along the river to Oxford and Sustrans to Didcot.

The Local Co-op is around the corner, as is the Library, post office, barbers, popular fish and chip shop and pub. This room would suit a professional female, PhD, Dphil or post doc (non-smoker).
