Double room with en-suite in great 2 bed flat, Headington

I am looking for someone to take my room in a 2 - bed flat-share from the 1st March. It is a good sized double room with large wardrobe and a self - contained en suite bathroom. The flat is fully furnished and is well looked after.

There is a communal garden and parking available. It's in a great location; bus stops ( for the city centre and London), shops and the hospitals, are all a short walk away.

My lovely housemate works in Scientific Research. We want to find someone who is sociable, easy going, tidy and considerate for her to live with. The only reason I'm leaving is to move in with my boyfriend and will be sad to say goodbye to said current housemate and flat!

The room is £500 a month without bills. Council tax is roughly £90 month. Allow for up to another £60 for bills on top per month.
