3 young professionals seeking 2 new housemates

We're 3 friends who have been living together in this house for 4 years. Sadly, 2 of our friends are moving out at the end of our lease for this year, but we'd really like to stay here (it's a great house), so we're looking for replacement housemates.

We are open to renting both rooms to individuals, but would prefer to go with a similar arrangement to what we currently have, which is a couple renting both rooms for £620pcm (using the single room for storage). The double bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs, next to the downstairs shower room, so it's basically like having an en suite.

Re: the current housemates; we all enjoy reading, watching movies and pub banter. We all work in publishing. None of us are assholes (most of the time). Promise.

The house is quite big with a communal living/dining/kitchen area, utility room and 2 shower rooms, and back garden. It's a terraced house, but the neighbours are quiet. Close to the JR hospital and Brookes' Headington campus. Bus stop just outside with regular buses to city centre and Oxford train station.

We pay roughly £90 per person each month for all bills.

We're free for viewings after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends with enough notice. Although, unfortunately we're not available for viewings until 5th August (due to holidays).
