1st Floor double room in 2 bed flat 58 Grandpont Place, Oxford.
The flat is in a great location, close to the city centre and has 2 bathrooms, living/dining area and a kitchen. There is also parking on site.

Basically I have been sent over to work in Australia and no longer need the room. The rent is £550 plus bills (£129 per month all in, including BTsport) and the room will be available for 3 months from 14th Sept-14th Dec.

Paying for the apartment would be arranged with the other tenant via monthly standing order (except Sept as I have already paid that).

The lease ends 14th Dec, at which time I will no longer continue to rent the property. Any decision to extent would have to be done separately with my flatmate, who is currently still living in the flat.
