Description

I have a medium-size double bedroom available in a four bedroom flat in Jericho from October 2014.

The flat comes fully furnished with a shared large toilet between 2 tenants (the other two rooms have en-suite facility) and spacious communal area. The TV in the living room is equipped with SKY, the kitchen has ample storage with dishwasher and a new built-in oven in place and there is a tumble dryer too. The flat is fitted with an underfloor heating system and excellent soundproof flooring to insulate noise from the floor above. The flat is on the second floor of the building, facing the old ground of St Sepulchre's cemetery.

Needless to say the flat is clean and regularly maintained by the agency, whose office is within the apartment complex. The development is less than 8 years old and the furnishings are relatively new and modern. The complex is quiet and safe with on-site security personnel 24 hours a day; most of the residents are Oxford academics and professionals.

The apartment is within a few minutes walk from the city centre and just a few steps away from Port Meadows and the heart of Jericho. The current tenants are young professionals in their late 20's, polyglot and multinational with varied interests, and they are all considerate, clean and reliable.

Unfortunately there is only one parking space allocated per flat, and this has been taken up by the current tenant. Monthly utility bills and council tax amount to 120 pounds per person.

The holding deposit is 200 pounds, which will be used to pay the bills in the first 2 months of tenancy upon confirmation. The agency would require a separate deposit of 787. 50 (just over a month's rent) which will be returned at the end of tenancy.
