Double room in Summertown

We are currently looking for a new housemate to move into our house in Summertown.

We are all young professionals, considering ourselves to be relaxed and easy going, however we do like the house to be kept clean and tidy;)

This decent size double room comes fully furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, etc).

The 3 stories house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet and a large living room with a big screen TV:) There is also a large back garden and a locked area to keep bicycles.

There is a one free parking space in front of the house too.

We would require a deposit of a 1month rent.
