Single room available for student in Jericho

Available: one small, warm single room in five-student house in Jericho. Very close to Jericho shops, Port Meadow, and departments in the north of town. 480 ppm + some bills. New tenant will take over a contract from January 1 to July 13. Housemates are 4 graduate students (physics, astronomy, engineering, teaching). Want to get this arranged as soon as possible: I need to get the contract signed on Monday or Tuesday of next week before all the housemates leave for Christmas, so I'll be arranging viewings over the weekend.

The restrictions:
- Current students only (council tax reasons)
- Must have a guarantor for your rent who has an address in the UK (agency rules. Tough for international students, so be sure to check!)
