The flat is only 10 mins walk from the city centre and a couple of mins drive from the A34, available from 1st February. The flat is just minutes€™ walk from all the shops, pubs/bars, cafes and restaurants on Walton St. Picturesque Port Meadow is also very close by, perfect for walking, running or picnics. The train station is a 10 minute walk along the canal. The current tenant is sad to be leaving due to work relocation.
The flat itself is modern, spacious, bright and decorated to a high standard. It has a lovely living room with dining table. A sunny balcony with small table and chairs can also be enjoyed on summer days! The kitchen is spacious with all mod cons. There is a shared bathroom with a good shower.
