Single room available East Oxford (10 minutes walk city centre) for rent 4 month. extendable to 10 mnths. The room is for single male person only.


The room has student desk, computer work desk, built-in wardrobe, single bed, lighting and power points and with central heating. There is a dining area on the ground floor and living room. Fast internet is cabled to every bedroom and wireless is available throughout the home.


There is a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, rice cooker and washing machine. The bathroom has 24 hour power shower. There are lockable bike mounts in the front, and there is a car park close by, together with residential parking on street.  
The rent is £600 monthly inclusive of all bills. There is no deposit but there is a cleaning fee (£50) refundable if your room is cleaned before departure.  


The house is very central both for Oxford University and for Brookes Uni. It is very close to many restaurants and food shops and the house itself is secure and clean - It’s managed as a quiet home suitable for an international student, post-grad or researcher., or English language student. i am the live-in house-owner and am primarily looking for someone who is at college or labs most weekday daytimes as I work from home.
