SHORT TERM let in brilliant Cowley Road area!

I will be leaving my beloved attic room off Cowley Road early July 2015, and I am looking for someone to take up my tenancy from then until the end of September.

THE ROOM - It is a beautiful, spacious room with its own staircase and lots of light, its the biggest room in the house and covers the whole of the top floor.

THE HOUSE - It is a quiet, cosy place, with a small kitchen and living space and two toilets and showers (so no queues!) The room itself has a double bed and loads of storage too.

This would be ideal for someone in between places or looking to move to Oxford and needs a base to look around and get sorted. The agency are great and hassle free, and Cowley Road is full of great shops and bars and its just a ten minute walk into central Oxford.

BILLS - cheap! They amount to under £6 per week, per person, as they are all on a meter (so you never pay for gas or electric when you are away!)
