Beautiful double room in friendly house share

We are looking for a female flatmate in our friendly house share. The room for rent is available for a 6 month lease as of the 11th of March. We are a mix of young professional and one masters student. We are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate who would fit in to our chilled out house. The room is really spacious and airy with a great double bed and storage. There is a great bathroom next door with a separate toilet. The best room in the house is our gorgeous conservatory which leads on from our living room. We also have a big garden- perfect for barbeques in summer. The house is located about a 15 minute walk (5 minute cyclefrom Oxford city center and about 10 minutes walk from Cowley road (5minute cycle). Bills come to about £120 a month (that's including council tax and all utilities). There is a side passage that gets locked where you can store your bike and a parking space available if you have a car. The security deposit for the house is 2 months rent.
