Double Room in a 4 Bed Professional House Share

We are looking for a non-smoking young professional who would like a Double Room available from the 8th March. This room is in a 4 bedroom house share off Iffley Road. One of the housemates is moving out to move in with their boyfriend, hence the ad. Our house is a 15 min walk to the city centre and close to local transport links.

We are all young professionals, mid/early twenties (Teacher, Accountant and a Pest Control Surveyor... (we're not sure about that one either)). We are a very friendly house who socialise and cook together.

The room we have available is a small double - but not a cupboard, which has a dresser, desk and sink inside. There is plenty of storage space around the house that is available and space in the kitchen for you!

Our House has a Bathroom, big Kitchen and spacious Living Room which is complete with widescreen TV and surround sound! We have a garden with BBQ, nice grassy area and a pit at the back we use for bonfires.

This room is £370 plus bills which have been £85 per month. This will take the monthly rent to about £455 pcm.
