Available early February, March, April. Dates are somewhat flexible.

Quiet neighborhood. Hinksey Park, tennis courts, pool, community gardens and weekend farmers' market nearby. Cute new bar across the street. Hogacre Cafe and Oxgrow right around the corner (last two pictures). 5min walk from Folly Bridge, Head of the River. 10-15 min walk to High/Town Centre.

Clean, non-smoking student housemates. They like nerdy discussions, vegan recipes and knitting. One sweet little cat.
