Buddy to share room

Hey, I am currently for someone who is willing to share room at our flat. I am profesional working 6-7 days a week so with exception of sleeping I am nearly never at house and I want someone to help me with paying the rent. The room itself is very big with lots of room even with couch and two beds and furniture. House is in fair condition and vpwe have a spatious private courtyard just next to the house where you can work out, hang your laundry or make some BBQ. We are all professionals with mix of nationalities (Scottish, Slovak, Czech), all easy going and tidy. We would welcome someone who doesn't want to pay lot of money for rent and is cheerful but respectful to others. Thank you.
