Single room

The house is a three floor house with only two people living in it (mother and daughter). It is a ten minute walk from the city centre and a five minute walk from the Co-op. The location is very quite and is in a friendly neighbourhood. The single room is on the first floor. It is close to a toilet and has a view of the back garden. The room is quite and cosy and has barely been lived in. A bed, wardrobe, bedside table chest of draws will be provided.
