Spacious double room, in the heart of East Oxford

Double room with plenty of storage space in a beautiful victorian terrance with cosy feel. Couple of minutes walk from the cafes and shops on Cowley road, round the corner from the cafes on Magdalen road and walking distance to city centre. The area has a really nice community atmosphere.

I am a health professional - I work in Public Health, mainly infectious diseases research. I play trombone in a local band and like bike rides. I moved to Oxford a few months ago, so I am still exploring the city.

I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly and reasonably tidy housemate.

Bills included (council tax, gas, electric, internet, water, t. v licence).
Parking - there are no restrictions, but no off street parking.
