You would be sharing the house with a landlord couple. House is recently refurbished including kitchen and bathroom along with new white goods. All bills inclusive in the rent which includes gas central heating and fibre optic wifi.

Lots of parking available with easy access to ring road, A40, A4047 and M40. Bus stop is 2 min walk for bus no 12 and 12C.

Looking for student or professional who is tidy. Only vegetarian or halal food allowed in the house. Female preferred.
