Double room near Oxford Centre - bills included

We are a friendly, easy-going, married couple looking for a lodger to move into our terraced, 2 bedroom Victorian house which we own. We both tend to work from home a fair bit during the week so are looking for a lodger who works Monday to Friday as well.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre and on a very good bus route with links to the Railway Station as well as nearby Business / Science Parks.

The double room available is fully furnished with a brand new desk, a small wardrobe, a large dresser/chest of drawers, very comfortable double bed with storage and bedside tables. The room has also recently been re-decorated and had a brand new carpet fitted. The room is located on the first floor with a bath/shower and toilet next door. We have an en-suite bedroom on the second floor which we use the majority of the time.

The open-plan kitchen/diner is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, large fridge, a freezer and plenty of cupboard space. There is a small TV in the kitchen too. We also have a separate utility room with another sink, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

We both have fairly busy social calendars so tend to be out on a number of evenings during the week and away quite a bit at weekends although we do also occasionally have friends / family over to the house as well.

We are looking for a lodger who is a non smoker and who is tidy, considerate, laid back and easy to get on with. This isn't a social house share so it wouldn't be suitable for someone looking to meet more people in Oxford although we are very friendly!

We also plan on getting a dog in the next few months. The dog won't be permitted upstairs but if you have any allergies or dislike dogs, you might wish to exclude us from your room search.
