Double room in city centre flat share

I’m a professional working in city centre and am looking to find a flatmate to replace my awesome current one (she’s moving out to live with her boyfriend)! The flat is fully furnished (with electric shower and washer/dryer) and located in Oxford city centre right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. It is very close to the rail station, plenty of nearby bus routes and one parking space that comes with the flat. The room is the larger of the two and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser drawers and some other bits and bobs. The flat overlooks the common backyard and a really nice old church.

About me
I work 9-5ish and have some after work and early morning commitments as well (rowing has consumed my life) so usually Sunday through Thursday nights are pretty relaxed. I love good movies, exploring new restaurants and catching up with friends. I enjoy the occasional night out but I definitely don’t bring the party home. Occasionally I’ll have a few friends over for drinks but nothing crazy. I’m tidy but not obsessively so. I cook occasionally so the kitchen would be mostly yours minus the occasional baking spree (I make a mean chocolate chip cookie)!

Looking for a respectful, social and fun flatmate who has their own life but might enjoy spending an evening in watching a movie with a glass of wine. You’ll be responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 50/50). Perfect for a young professional.
