Lovely room at the top of a well-equipped house near to the Iffley Rd university sports ground. 20 minutes walk to Carfax, central Oxford. Good bus service and amenities on the Cowley Rd.

The rooom is over 3m square, sunny and well-furnished with pine wardrobe, double bed, desk and white leather office chair, small chest of drawers, lamp. Wooden floor with rug. Internet WiFi connection.

I'm the live-in home-owner, a professional female in education/publishing who has enjoyed sharing with university post-grads and others who need a place for a few months. Lodgers are usually aged 25-40. I work flexibly, so am sometimes at home during the day but may also work away in London. The house is spacious enough to allow privacy in your own room or sociability in the large kitchen.

Parking is limited on the street and requires purchase of a resident's permit except for one-off days.
