NB I am only considering those who provide details as at the bottom. The bedroom is as shown on photos (small double bed, wardrobe, drawers) the study will have different furniture but include a desk, chair & cosy chair.

Close to city centre, Cowley Road and right by the chic Magdalen Road community with pubs, good cafes & an organic shop. Good quality comfortable sofas and beds. Period house built more than 100 years ago.

Friendly, relaxed environment where you can spend time alone or in the company of your housemates depending on what you fancy. I enjoy cooking, travel and being active. I'm looking for like-minded people, who are careful and considerate.

Shared areas are kept for relaxing and unwinding (leaving
work at work). Quiet nights for a good night's sleep.

Private landlord meaning no extra fees and quick response to anything in the house that needs sorting. All safety certifcates in place. Ideal for those wanting personal space but not the full cost of a house.

Garden upkeep and cleaning are done by the occupants, can be done privately but for additional cost.

£920 month (for the 2 rooms) + bills (currently £130/month contribution, includes everything... council tax, fibre internet, renewable energy etc, may increase as energy bills increase)
