Stunning double bedroom to let in great house

Super bright and large double bedroom (furnished) to let from now or latest 1 August. We are four professionals (two guys, two girls between 25-35)looking for a new sociable and fun, but also clean and tidy new housemate. We like cooking together, play table-tennis, go for drinks and have movie nights; we also have BBQs together. So, we look for a like-minded 5th person in the house.

The house is newly refurbished to a high standard. It comes with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), utility space (in basement), two bathrooms and a WC; a living room and a large and beautiful garden.

Costs: 740 plus bills, pricy but you get what you pay for (:. Postgraduate students very welcome, but must be prepared to pay council tax. No couples unfortunately (no HMO licence for 6ppl).

Ideally, we are looking for someone to take up the remaining tenancy which runs until July 2016.
