Could be most suitable for intern student or person working close to Cowley Business Park. The room is rather spacious for a double & comes with large double bed & bedding, 2 x double wardrobe with shelf & mirror, side table, It's a quite house as just myself in the house; so would suit someone who likes peace and quite after work. There is use of washing facilities i. e. separate washing machine & tumble dryer, cooking facilities, fridge/freezer for your use only and a clean bathroom as well as downstairs toilet. Plenty of parking space and a back garden to sit in during the summer months.
