The flat is an extension of our main house on the back, in a nice garden. It has its own entrance and comprises a double-bed sleeping room with a kitchenette and a toilet+shower room. It is furnished, clean and quiet. The kitchenette has an electric ring heater, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine.

It's convenient for transport:  about 3min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road and 15-20min cycling to university departments and city centre, 15-20min walk to Parkway rail station. Bus services on Banbury Road are very frequent.

The flat is suitable for a professional, non-smoker and without pet. Minimal stay: 6 months. Shorter tenancy may be considered depending on situation.

The rent covers all utility bills including electricity, gas, water rates, broadband, TV licence, and building insurance. The tenant needs to pay Council Tax directly to City Council (about £102pcm for 2025).

When viewing the flat, potential tenants are required to show their personal ID and references (renting and employment).
