A small shop (for milk, eggs and snacks etc), a Postoffice, and a GP clinic are less than 10min walk.
It's convenient for transport: about 3min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road, ~15min walk to Summertown shops or Parkway rail station, 15-20min cycling to university departments and city centre. Bus services on Banbury Road to Summertown and city centre are very frequent.
The flat is suitable for a professional, non-smoker and without pet. Minimal stay: 6 months. Shorter tenancy may be considered depending on situation.
The rent covers utility bills including electricity, gas, water, broadband, and TV licence. The tenant needs to pay Council Tax directly to City Council (about £107 pcm for 2025-2026).
The rent will be higher if you work from home.
