It's convenient for transport:  about 3min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road and 15-20min cycling to university departments and city centre, 15-20min walk to Parkway rail station. Bus services on Banbury Road are very frequent.

The flat is suitable for a professional, non-smoker and without pet. Minimal stay: 6 months. Shorter tenancy may be considered depending on situation.

The rent covers all utility bills including electricity, gas, water rates, broadband, TV licence, and building insurance. The tenant needs to pay Council Tax directly to City Council (about £102pcm for 2025).
