You will be sharing with 2 females and 2 male. Young professionals, doctors, med staff etc. The female leaving has been with us for the last 5 years and for continuity sake we would like to find a female to replace her... but will also accept males. (a total of 5 people share the houses.)

The location of the house is perfect, being a minutes walk from the bus stop for buses to the City centre, and a five minute walk for buses to the airports or Central London. Oxford Brookes University, The John Radcliffe and other Headington hospitals are within easy walking distance.

The house is situated in a quiet tree, lined cul-de-sac with a large Weeping Willow tree in the centre. It has recently been refurbished and the tenants like to keep it clean and tidy.
Within a leisurely five minute walk is Headington Centre where you will find 2 Waitrose, 1 Tesco , 1 Sainsbury's, 1 Iceland and a Co-op. You will also find mini supermarkets from around the world
India, Chinese, Polish, and Mediterranean. There are a number of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within the same five minute walk.
A maximum of 5 young professionals/post grad students share the house, which has all modern facilities including three bath/shower rooms with W. C's. and washbasins, one of which is en-suite.
At the front of the house there are established trees and flowering bushes and off road parking for 2 cars. At the rear is a large enclosed garden, entered by a locked side gate.
The house complies with all recent safety regulations for Houses in Multiple Occupation, and the security has been passed by Thames Valley Police.

The landlord is a member of The National Landlords Association and Mydeposits deposit protection Scheme
