This is an amazing house in an amazing location just off the Abingdon Road and next to Lake Street. Loads of communal space with a huge living room and separate kitchen, perfect for busy professionals who want to relax after a hard day's work. There are 2 full size fridge freezers, loads of storage in the cabinets. A big sofa and dining table in the living room. Fast wifi!

Room 6 is a fully furnished room with heaps of storage. You will be excited to come home to it every day! A lovely window overlooking Gordon Street.

There are 2 bathrooms that you would share with just 4 others people, so no worries about a queue!

There is off-street parking available for the house. It isn't reserved so is on a first come first served basis, but currently there is only one other tenant with a car and there is room for 2 vehicles.

A cleaner visits the property fortnightly to give everything a deep clean. So while you will need to be able to clean up after yourself and keep things tidy, there won't be any rota for cleaning toilets or scrubbing floors!

All other tenants are young professionals who have lived here for 2-3 years (so they obviously are comfortable and loving it).

We require a £350 deposit for the room however, only a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent (£162) is required to reserve the room and hold the room for 1 week for you to complete referencing. The remaining amount of the £350 deposit will be due when you referencing is complete. Total monthly rent is £700pcm.
