Double room in homely house (Mon-Fri)

A charming three bed house, well connected by buses and a 20 minute walk into town. The spare room overlooks the garden and comes with a walk-in wardrobe.

The house has a spacious ground floor: with kitchen (including two fridges, washing machine and a dishwasher), dining room, living room and downstairs loo. The three bedrooms and bathroom (with shower/bath) are on the next two levels.

My parents are the landlords and their current tenants are my boyfriend and me. We're both tidy, easy-going, love cooking & travelling, and each have our own hobbies.

Rent is £420 per month (Mon-Fri) including WiFi & council tax. Electricity and gas charges are split between the tenants.

Also open to full-time (but shorter term) lets so please feel free to ask. We're looking for a friendly housemate to share the space with, whilst respecting each other's privacy.
