Ideally seeking a professional female who aged between 25-55 preferably but would consider other ages. The person must be a pet lover as there are two cats in the property.

Would consider someone who only needed accommodation from Monday to Friday. Please note that smoking is allowed in the property.

There would be a requirement of a minimum stay of 3 months, a deposit of £525, and a reference from the previous landlord (if applicable).
