We have a nice double bedroom and study available in our friendly and clean houseshare. The bedroom is a smaller double...it comes with a bed (with underbed storage), wardrobe, two sets of draws, and a shelf. The separate study comes with a desk and bookshelves.

Very nice, leafy area. Current tenants 3 females and 1 male who are all professionals. We are looking for a quiet and considerate housemate who also likes a chat and some socializing (without lots of parties).

House comes with mod-cons, including pay TV and fast wireless broadband. House has 2 bathrooms and another toilet, plus a modern kitchen, dining/lounge room, yard with patio. There is secure bike storage, and on-street parking available. The house is strictly non-smoking, aimed at professionals (mature grad students considered). House comes fully furnished.

Rent is 725 per month, plus 1 month deposit.

Rent includes all bills. Room is available 23rd of March.
