The double room is 4.23m x 3.91m, and has a desk, office chair, a comfortable double bed, 2 chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail and there is plenty of storage. There is a shared bathroom with a WC, and a thermastatic shower, with good water pressure and instant hot water, and there is another WC. There are also other shower rooms with a WC s.
It is fine to work from home. The other lodgers are professionals and academics working in 9 to 5 jobs, and work from home for some of the week. The house is well maintained and tidy.

There is a sitting room with comfortable sofas, which adjoins the kitchen / diner and a large, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine and a range stove, with a 5 ring gas hob, and 3 electric ovens and a microwave The sitting room has a TV, dvd, DAB /smart radio, and opens onto the garden which is south west facing , and has an outdoor table and chairs. The garden has beautiful views, and nice trees and plants.

It is a short walk from the house to the river Thames. It is possible to walk or cycle to the city centre along the Thames path, or go down river to the countryside. The bus stop on the ffley road is 7 minutes walk, and there are frequent number 3 buses to the city centre and Oxford science parks and Harwell. There are Sainsburys, Tesco and Co op supermarkets nearby in Cowley and Rose hill, and the Cowley shopping centre is nearby.
