Carfax Quarter is the new and exciting student accommodation building in central Oxford, opposite the iconic Carfax Tower.

Carfax Quarter will be available for our first residents to move into for this years September/October term. Our rooms are finished to a high standard and come furnished with EN-SUITE shower facilities. Clusters of either 5 or 7 rooms share a large kitchen and living space.

The average room size is 190sqf / 18 sqm and all rooms have a ¾ size double bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, desk & chair, armchair and bookshelf.

Our cluster kitchens have ample cooking and storage space, a large dining table and comfy seating in the lounge area.

For the exclusive use of Carfax Quarter residents, we have a cinema/screening room, project work space and games room. In addition to which there is secure bike storage and on site laundry facilities.

The rental for a standard room is £250 per week for a 51 week term, which includes the following;

Our penthouse cluster, which is shared by 5 residents is £260 per week.
