====================
A WARM WELCOME - from Nasreen. I am seeking a respectful housemate or couple to share my home with myself. My youngest daughter is aged 20, at Uni and will be here some weekends and holidays
This would suit a working professional, postgraduate or post-doc. Someone new to Oxford, working at the hospitals or Universities, or looking for a short-term let or in between places. I’ve hosted several lodgers from all over the world and really enjoyed helping newcomers to make the most of our amazing City
The location is walking distance to the JR Hospital, and close to the other hospitals and both universities, and conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac. I have a unique approach to letting, and believe in providing comfortable accommodation at a fair rent, along with a responsive service.
THE ROOM - 1st floor street facing has a continental size double bed with a pocket sprung 140 x 200cm mattress, floor to ceiling wardrobe, compact desk and bedside table. The downstairs shower room is mainly for your use. No-one will shower there, but myself and visitors will use the loo and sink. The rent includes all bills, cleaning and gardener. Occasional overnight guests are fine.
Kitchen use - I can provide a small cupboard and space in fridge, and light kitchen use.
As we are a Muslim family, guests should not bring any pork products into the house, thank you.
THE HOUSE - was extended and fully refurbished throughout without compromise. The EPC rating is high, the kitchen has granite worktops, the fixtures are the best we could afford for a simple modern look. You have the use of lovely gardens and there is off-road parking for 2 cars. The road is quiet and residential, yet close to city centre, hospitals, all amenities, and easy transport. There is a large garden “shed-servatory" where we lock up our bikes
TO REASSURE YOU - Previous lets have succeeded because we respect each other's privacy, yet are happy to share a chat and a cup of tea. I use the DPS to safely store your deposit. I am an Oxford City Council accredited landlord and have membership of The National Landlords Association. I do my best to act professionally and put the needs of the residents first. We hope to have the opportunity to show you the house, Nasreen Majeed

TESTAMONIAL FROM PATRICIA - The room is very comfortable and Nasreen took care of providing lots of space for clothes. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a delightful 20-minute walking path to the city center, always good for relaxing. The garden is also well-kept and the house is environmentally-friendly: they do separate collections for recycling, there is a compost bin in the backyard and it is a smoke-free space. The environment in Nasreen's house is more than comfortable: it is cosy and welcoming. Nasreen is always alert to solve problems very promptly and also to help foreigners not used to the habits and rules of Britain, like myself. They are very dedicated landlords and as a result, you are at risk of getting a new friend!
TESTAMONIAL FROM TRACY.
12 Beechey Avenue was home for a few months whilst I worked at the JR hospital close by. Nasreen and her beautiful family made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and considered. The room itself is spacious with plenty of storage room and the bathroom next door means everyone has their space and privacy. I enjoyed my time at Beechey Avenue thoroughly.
